Stefan Gadringer is a Senior Lecturer and Research Associate. After completing his Master’s degree at the Department of Communication Studies, he is now working on his PhD on the development and design of the Internet (Internet Governance). Other research interests include national and international communication policy, the relationship between communication and democracy, and changes in media-mediated public communication, especially as a result of new information and communication technologies.

He is a member of the doctoral programme “Internet & Democracy“.
