The study supplement Philosophicum (KTH) and the study focus Major Philosophicum (KTH) offer students the opportunity to adequately consider and deepen the fundamental epistemological, ethical, anthropological, metaphysical, and existential questions in whose broader horizon their own discipline moves. However, this supplement or focus of study is not intended for students in the Bachelor’s program or the Master’s program in Philosophy at the Faculty of Catholic Theology, since the contents of the supplement are already taught in the context of the aforementioned studies. For students of the Diploma Program Catholic Specialized Theology and students of the Bachelor’s Program Catholic Religious Education, those courses which are already included in the respective curriculum cannot be selected as part of the supplementary studies.
