Diller, Sandra Julia

Dr. Sandra Julia Diller wrote her Ph.D. on coaching within the context of social interaction (empathy, perspective-taking, trust, needs & motives) (see publications and research grants). She is a certified Career Coach (University of Salzburg, CoBeCe), Trainer for Social Competences (LMU Munich) and Mentor (LMU Munich, Center of Leadership and People Management). As a Senior Lecturer, she is the organizer of the mentoring „Sprungbrett Mentoring“, a co-organizer of the coaching training, and has seminars on social competencies, mindfulness, and teaching. Moreover, she is coordinating the coaching for academics (see coaching offer by the career center). As a Senior Scientist, Dr. Diller researches on coaching interactions, mentoring interactions, threat management in such social interactions, and mindfulness as a threat intervention.
