Austrian-Russian Summerschool

The Austrian-Russian Summerschool tackles in depth the relationship between the Russian Federation and the European Union from a political, legal and economic perspective. It provides an introduction to the structures and decision-making procedures of the European Union in the area of Foreign relations and focuses in particular on the legal and political problems of the shared neighborhood (Eastern partnership) and gives students also the opportunity to get in contact with experts in this area of research.
Students will also have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge on the political system of the Russian Federation.Within the three weeks students will have the possibility to get in contact with Russian students of the Moscow State University and the Moscow Peoples Friendship University. They will work and learn together and will also have the chance for a relaxed exchange during excursions. For students this is also an excellent opportunity to enhance their Russian language skills.
