Studies of business economics at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and the École Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d`Angers. Doctor´s degree at the LMU München (department of business policy and strategic management). Habilitation at the department of controlling and deputy supervisor at the organisational theory basic research center. Research stay at King´s College London and at the University of Zurich. Since October 2016 head of the department of Strategic Management & Organisation at the University of Salzburg.
