What will I learn?
Nutrition-Physical Activity-Health are topics and discourses of our time that have to be constantly negotiated anew against the background of global upheavals in everyday life. Within the framework of this innovative degree programme, you will acquire knowledge about the bio-psycho-social interrelationships of nutrition, exercise and health, about motivational and health psychological concepts of health behavior, about the contribution of culture to nutrition, physical activity and health promotion, as well as about the effects of poverty, inequality and gender on nutrition, physical activity and health. In order to be able to accompany the transfer of knowledge in society, the basics of public relations and media work for the dissemination of relevant evidence-based guidelines are acquired. Best practice examples of behavioral self-regulation for healthy nutrition and exercise with the help of the use of innovative information and communication technologies as well as artificial intelligence are taught. With the Bachelor’s degree programme NPAH, the qualification is therefore acquired to be able to develop projects in the context of NPAH independently on the pulse of time and to implement them in a leading function.
