Differentiation in IBL

The use of mixed ability learning groups in pedagogy has repeatedly been shown to have great potentials of benefitting the learning experience. Whilst there are already many differentiation concepts and practical examples for learning content-related competencies, these are lacking for procedural competencies – especially in the field of scientific experimentation. This conference aims to link new research about differentiation in science teaching with focus on inquiry-based learning with concepts and experience of school practice. We welcome researchers, teacher educators and teachers in the field of science education.
