The Core Facility for Advanced Imaging and Microscopy at the University of Salzburg supports scientists, researchers, and students with advanced technologies and expertise. The facility features widefield fluorescence microscopey, super-resolution microscopy, live-cell imaging, confocal microscopy, multiplexed IF staining system together with support for quantitative image analysis, specialized sample preparation, user specific experimental workflow etc. We offer training and hands-on introductions for all users to ensure effective use of our platforms. Instrument access and use of the online booking system are provided by the CF management after this mandatory trainings. Additionally, the Core Facility’s histology services are integrated to support research workflows.
