Zur Person

Lena Leifeld absolvierte ihr Bachelorstudium in Soziologie an der Universität Innsbruck und in Betriebswirtschaftslehre am Management Center Innsbruck. Nach einem Praktikum im Zentrum für Familienunternehmen am Management Center Innsbruck ist sie dort von März 2019 bis August 2022 als Projektassistentin tätig. In dieser Zeit konnte sie neben ihrem Masterstudium der Organisationswissenschaften sowie der Soziologie an der Universität Innsbruck an verschiedenen Projekten mitarbeiten. Sie schrieb ihre Masterarbeit über Markenstrategien von Familienunternehmen am Institut für Organisation und Lernen. Seit Oktober 2022 ist nun Universitätsassitentin an der Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg und unterstützt die Facheinheit Strategisches Management und Organisation (SMO).

Ist aktuell Mitglied des internationalen Netzwerkes New Institutionalism , European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS) sowie Academy of Management (AOM).
