Price calculations are based on the annual updated cost estimates of the University of Salzburg, applicable to commercial projects, and reflect actual personnel hours, machine hours, materials, and overheads. A typical single proteome analysis (including an initial meeting to discuss the analytical problem, sample preparation, a 2-hour RP-HPLC-gradient separation with data-dependent or data-independent MS/MS data acquisition, data evaluation, reporting, and archiving and/or transferring raw data) costs about € 1,670 per run.
