Action Week Against Discrimination and Sexual Harassment at DAS Faculty

Stand Up for Respect! From March 2 to 6, 2026, the Faculty of Digital and Analytical Sciences (DAS) will host the Action Week Against Discrimination and Sexual Harassment. Under the motto +respect!, we are offering workshops and information sessions designed to teach you how to confront discrimination and make our campus safer for everyone.

Highlights for Students:

  • 🍽️ Lunch Lecture: +Respekt (English) Learn more about anti-discrimination mechanisms and how to address issues within the university context.

    • When: Mon, March 2 | 1:00 PM – 1:45 PM

    • Where: JAK2EG0.03 or online (No registration required!)

  • 🛡️ Workshop: Step In and Step Up (English) Become an “Active Bystander” and learn techniques to intervene safely when witnessing inappropriate behavior.

    • When: Tue, March 3 | 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

    • Where: JAK2EG0.03

  • 🚫 Workshop: Sexual Harassment – Myths & Facts (German) A discussion on what constitutes “inappropriate behavior” and which social structures encourage discriminatory conduct.

    • When: Thu, March 5 | 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

    • Where: JAK2OG2.06 (Seminar Room T04)

  • 🤝 Workshop: Teamplay (German) This session focuses on conflict resolution skills and how to handle bullying and discrimination within a team.

    • When: Fri, March 6 | 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

    • Where: JAK2EG0.03
