Join the SUSAI Project as a Student Assistant

Career Opportunity: Join the SUSAI Project as a Student Assistant

Are you fascinated by the evolving relationship between humans and technology? Do you want to uncover why some people remain skeptical of Artificial Intelligence? The research project Suspicious of Artificial Intelligence (SUSAI), led by Dr. Glenda Hannibal, is looking for motivated student assistants to join the team!

About the Project

SUSAI explores a critical yet often overlooked aspect of the digital age: mistrust in AI. While most research focuses on how to build trust, SUSAI investigates the roots of unwillingness to trust. By combining extensive literature reviews with expert interviews, the project aims to develop a conceptual model of mistrust applicable to everyday Human-AI Interaction (HAII).

As a Student Project Assistant, you won’t just be watching from the sidelines—you will be an active part of the research process. Your activities will include:

  • Literature Research: Identifying, screening, and coding academic papers.

  • Expert Interviews: Preparing protocols, transcribing, and analyzing themes.

  • Scientific Writing: Contributing to research papers and reporting results.

  • Project Collaboration: Participating in planning meetings and dissemination strategies.
