Yoga Workshop

Brief description: The Vinyasa Yoga workshop combines meditation, breathing exercises and a flowing yoga sequence in which various asanas are linked together. Hap Ki Do Self-Defence Workshop

Brief description: We’ll learn simple self-defence and defence techniques that are easy for anyone to master, even without any prior experience. Hapkido techniques are based on the principle: never use force against force, but always work with the force of the attack. Hapkido is suitable for anyone who wants to be able to protect themselves.
