WELCOME & GENERAL INFORMATION

Welcome to the 2027 biennual meeting of the Austrian Mathematical Society (ÖMG).
The conference takes place from September 07 to 10, 2027 at the University of Salzburg. 
The scientific program includes plenary talks, minisymposia, and contributed sessions in all areas of mathematics. 
Graduate students and early-career researchers are especially encouraged to participate. Grants for participants from the global south are available.

Call for Minisymposia. We invite proposals for minisymposia at the 2027 Meeting of the Austrian Mathematical Society (ÖMG). A minisymposium is a collection of 4 or 8 coordinated talks on a current topic in mathematics.Please submit:

  • Title
  • Organizer(s): name, affiliation, email
  • Short abstract/motivation (1–2 paragraphs)
  • Tentative list of speakers
