A new course booking platform for USI courses will be introduced in the 2025/26 winter semester. Registration for students and staff will open on Monday, 29 September 2025 at 10:00.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we recommend that you log in via the University of Salzburg’s Single Sign-On (SSO) and complete your personal details beforehand. The correct tariff will be assigned automatically via the  login process.

Payment options and cancellation

Payment is made online. You can pay by card or online banking. Cancellations can be made online free of charge – an online credit balance will be created automatically.

The general cancellation deadline is 17 October 2025 at 23:59. Please note that separate cancellation rules apply to some outdoor courses. These are specified for the relevant courses online (under ‘Cancellation’ in the information box).

Important information

• From 29 September to 1 October 2025 at 10:00, 80% of course places will be released for students and staff. From 1 October 2025, the remaining 20% of places will be released to the public.
• There is no longer a waiting list. If a course is fully booked, click on the bell icon to be notified of any free places.
• Shopping basket: Courses remain in the shopping basket for ten minutes to allow you to complete the payment process. If payment is not completed within this period, others.
