Yener Bayramoğlu is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Alice Salomon University in Berlin working on intersectional inequalities that LGBTIQ (non)citizens experience in the turning points between education, work and retirement. Bayramoğlu received his PhD from the Freie Universität Berlin in Media and Communication Studies. His former postdoc projct at the Freie Universität Berlin focused on digital media and queer migration, and was awarded with a fellowship from the Margherita-von-Brentano-Center of Gender Studies. His work on temporality, affects, migration, digital media and sexualty has been published in several journals and edited books. He is also the author of Queere (Un-)Sichtbarkeiten, published by transcript Verlag in 2018.
