The Core Facility Genomics supports academic, collaborative and commercial projects in genomics, transcriptomics, single-cell and spatial omics.

We welcome inquiries at all stages of a project — from initial experimental planning and technology selection to sample preparation, data generation and downstream analysis. In particular for complex workflows such as Xenium, we recommend contacting us early so that sample requirements, panel selection, slide layout, scheduling and expected costs can be discussed before materials are ordered or samples are prepared.
