The CF Genomics facility provides state-of-the-art technologies and expertise for genomics, spatial omics, and transcriptomics research. In total, over 400 instruments and systems are allocated to the facility, supporting a wide range of experimental workflows.
Spatial and in situ analysis:
- Nanostring GeoMX DSP – high-plex spatial profiling
- 10x Genomics Xenium in situ platform – spatially resolved transcriptomics
Single-cell and high-throughput sequencing:
- 10x Genomics Chromium – single-cell sequencing and multi-omics applications
- Illumina NextSeq 550 – bulk and single-cell sequencing
Gene expression and array-based analysis:
- Affymetrix Gene Atlas Station – microarray-based gene expression profiling
Targeted assays and PCR-based workflows:
- PyroMark Q24 Workstation – DNA methylation and genotyping
- RotorQ qPCR machines – high-throughput quantitative PCR
