How to get to Salzburg

By plane
Salzburg has a small international airport with direct connections to several major European airports (Frankfurt, Vienna, etc.). Alternatively, you can take a plane to Munich or Vienna airport. From there, Salzburg can be reached by train within 2 – 3 hours.

By train
Salzburg train station is directly connected to many cities in Austria and Germany. The websites of the Austrian and German Railway Systems are:

Venue of the Conference

The conference will take place at the „NaWi“-building of the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg.
From the train station („Hauptbahnhof“), take Bus 3 in direction „Salzburg Süd“, and get off at „Faistauergasse“. Bus 3 runs about every 7-8 minutes during the day. You can find the bus schedule here:

From „Faistauergasse“ walk ahead, in direction of bus travel, until you reach the next traffic light, turn right onto „Michael-Pacher-Straße“, and walk straight until you reach the large yellow building.
