When negotiating with interested parties, we strongly recommend that you not disclose any information/knowledge until a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been signed. If interested parties intend to obtain a license, important issues like license subject matter; limitation of license; kind of license; and particularly, costs and details of payment, shall be defined in a license agreement.<br/>
