As the last and most pleasant step, you receive the license revenues. If the project account is opened within your organisational unit, the license revenues are at your disposal as an externally funded research project budget. If the project account is opened within the Research Support Unit, we will forward the license payment to you. In both cases, the following distribution keys will apply according to the University´s policy for computer programs and databases:<br/>

• If computer programs and databases have been created as part of the employee´s employment obligations, the authors receive 60% and the University 40% of the revenues.
• For all other cases the authors receive 90% and the University 10% for administrative costs.
