Anna Stelzer received the “Award of Excellence” (Staatspreis Dissertation) 2023 for her outstanding dissertation on monetary policy in the euro area.

The former PhD student at the Department of Economics of the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg  wrote her dissertation under the supervision of Professor Florian Huber.

The prize is awarded by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research to the 40 best dissertations of the year 2022/23.
