As announced by the Department of International Relations, the next PLUS International Week will take place from 18-21 March 2024. During this week, Paris Lodron University of Salzburg students and staff will have the opportunity to take part in various information events with an international focus.

The PLUS has been a member of the European University Alliance CIVIS since March 2022. A lot has happened since then: joint projects have been launched and further collaborations and initiatives are being planned. PLUS academic and administrative staff are the driving force behind the development of the alliance.

The following events are intended to introduce you to the Alliance and invite you to get involved.

Participation in the events is generally possible without registration for all interested students AND staff; in some cases, however, registration is requested for organisational reasons. Please click  here to register (only available in German).

  • 10:30 – 12:00 CIVIS: Chances for Administrative Staff – Possibilities & Workshop with and for PLUS administrative staff | UNIPARK Seminar Room 2.343
  • 13:00 – 15:00 Our 5 Hubs:  The main topics in CIVIS – Presentations on each CIVIS topic by PLUS responsible Academic Representatives and joint ideas workshop |Sigmund-Haffner-Gasse 18, Lecture Hall 330 (3rd floor)
  • 14:00 – 15:00 CIVIS: Chances for Students – Exchange opportunities within the Alliance and information regarding application | UNIPARK UG Lecture Hall E.003 Georg Eisler (“Flacher Hörsaal”)
  • 17:00 – 19:00  – Panel Discussion with representatives from the Rectorate, Academic Staff and Project Team MembersWith buffet afterwards and an opportunity for further dialogue(s) | Kapitelgasse 4, Lecture Hall 230

CIVIS is a university alliance with the vision ‘A Civic University’. The alliance currently comprises 11 European universities and a further six African universities as associated partners.
