Invention Disclosures

According to the University Act 2002 § 106, all inventions shall be promptly reported to the Rectorate. The rectorate shall inform the inventor within three months if it intends to claim title to the invention or rights to the use thereof. Otherwise, the inventor shall be entitled to such rights.

FODOK ? GENERAL INFORMATION

FODOK is an essential tool for generating reports of academic achievements to satisfy the requirements of quality management according to the University Act of 2002. It is absolutely necessary to have a current and complete data pool in FODOK, as the collected data are budget-relevant.

To meet these requirements according to the University Act of 2002, FODOK will be adapted and further upgraded to FODOK 3 in the coming years.
