The UNIGIS Masters programme provides an understanding of the conceptual, technical, and organisational aspects of GIScience whereas the UNIGIS Professional Diploma programme develops or improves application-oriented skills and develops an understanding of GIS. Both programmes are offered in German and English. Persons (GI professionals) interested in continuing education or pursuing an academic degree while working will find these distance learning programmes particularly attractive. Both programmes are offered in German and English with an MSc in English starting again in January 2007. There are multiple opportunities to start programmes within our UNIGIS network. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and will be processed as space permits.
