Oksana Bulkot is visiting professor at the PLUS Department of Economics in April and May 2023.

Oksana Bulkot is an Associate Professor at the Department of International Economics at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine. Her current research is on topics in international investments and financial markets. Her work in Salzburg concerns the comparative analysis of investment environments in various EU countries and Ukraine. She also gives a course at the PLUS on investment policies in the EU in the European Union Studies program.
