People who experience discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying need protection and support systems with clear lines of responsibility, so that incidents can be adressed quickly.
Here you can find information and materials that can help you decide on your next steps.

First steps
Any incident of discrimination, sexual harassment or bullying constitutes an exeptionally challenging and stressful situation for the person affected. Understandably, it is often difficult to decide if and how to react to these incidents.
Here are some suggestions what you first steps may be:
- Create a memory log: Record the incident, date, location, and people present. This will help you reconstruct the events. You can find a template below.
- Secure evidence: such as emails, chat screenshots, and photos or videos (where allowed)
- Exchange contact details with witnesses
- Find support: Take advantage of available support services to learn about possible steps you can take.
- Pay attention to your own needs. If necessary, contact people you trust.
