Description
This course is specifically designed for students, lecturers and researchers (or other interested persons) who wish to expand and deepen their knowledge of scientific German. During the course participants, will develop and perfect their reading and writing skills. In addition to selected text types (for example summary, abstract, protocol), specific structures of scientific language as well as learning and working techniques will also be discussed.

Description
This course is for students of any discipline and aims to prepare students with the language needed for a career in international business and commerce. A range of topics from various business fields will be covered. We will also take a closer look at the language of business presentations, meetings and negotiations and even though the course is based on a book there will be time to tackle some authentic materials such as TED Talks and short films.
