Dominik Zellhofer completed his studies in Business Administration and Social Sciences at WU Wien in 2023. From 2012 to 2014, he worked as scientific project staff at the research institute for Health Care Management. From 2014 to 2020, he worked as university assistant prae doc at the Interdisciplinary Institute for Management and Organisational Behaviour, where he received his PhD. His PhD thesis addressed information security policies in organizations from a convention theory perspective.
Since 2021, he has served as an external lecturer at WU Wien, PLUS, and IMC Krems. Since 2012, he works in strategic management consulting. From March 2024 to August 2025, Dominik Zellhofer joined the HRM group at PLUS as Senior Scientist. Currently, he is part of the executive secretariat of the European Group for Organizational Studies.
