Kurzbiographie

Isabella Scheibmayr absolvierte 2009 das Diplomstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Johannes Kepler Universität (JKU) Linz,  ein Jahr verbrachte sie an der Universität Skövde in Schweden. Von 2011 bis 2013 war sie als Universitätsassistentin, von 2013 bis 2015 als Lektorin am Institut für Frauen und Geschlechterforschung an der JKU Linz tätig.
Von April 2016 bis März 2020 war sie Universitätsassistentin am Fachbereich Sozial- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften am Lehrstuhl Human Resource Management an der Universität Salzburg. Dort hat sie im Juli 2019 im Fach Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Auszeichnung promoviert. Der Titel ihrer Dissertation lautet „HRM’s gendered agency: How gender informs the double agency of Human Resource Management and influences its position.“ Seit 1. Oktober 2020 verstärkt Isabella Scheibmayr als PostDoc die HRM group.
