Winter semester 2024/25

Online Pre-registration (Submission of documents)

Tuesday, 11th June 2024 – Tuesday, 2nd July 2024 (enrolment period 1)
Remaining places will be allocated from 21.08.2024 to 02.09.2024 (enrolment period 2).

The following slots will be available for submitting your documents:
Enrolment period 1:
 11.06.2024, 12:00 noon – 11.06.2024, 06:00pm
 18.06.2024, 08:00am – 18.06.2024, 12:00 noon
 25.06.2024, 12:00 noon – 25.06.2024, 06:00pm
 02.07.2024, 08:00am – 02.07.2024 12:00 noon

Enrolment period 2:
 21.08.2024, 08:00am – 02.09.2024, 10:00am

Please note:
You need to upload 3 documents (letter of admission, passport, language diploma).
The number of submissions per slot is limited.
Only one pre-registration per person is allowed, otherwise the pre-registration is invalid and will not be processed.

Note:The course management will decide on the final admission to the course.

Payment deadline

Enrolment period 1: The course fee is due by Thursday, 18th, July 2024.
Enrolment period 2: The course fee is due by Wednesday, 04th, September 2024.

Tuesday, 23rd, July 2024, 10am
Unipark Nonntal, 1st floor, room 1.001

Thursday, 19th, September 2024, 10am

Wednesday, 25th, September 2024, 10am

Please note:
The placement test is for those students who want to start in a higher module (Module II or III).
These persons will be informed by us via e-mail.

Cancellation deadline

Saturday, 7th, September 2024

Re-Registration for Winter semester 2024/25 (only for students in VPLUS)

Thursday, 04.07.2024, until Thursday, 18.07.2024

The following slot is available for re-registration:
 04.07.2024, 08:00am – 18.07.2024, 08:00am

IMPORTANT:
First download the form for re-registration for WiSe 2024/25 under “Dokumente” and fill it out.
Only then go to “Anmelden” and upload the signed form.

The course fee is due by Tuesday, 23.07.2024.
Cancellation is possible until Thursday, 25.07.2024.
