The orientation weeks for Erasmus and exchange students at the University of Salzburg in the coming winter semester will take place from Monday, September 21st to Monday, October, 5th 2026. During the orientation weeks, students will receive important information about living and studying in Salzburg. Participation is not mandatory, but is recommended.

From September 21th-24th, information meetings will take place ONLINE ONLY.

From September 28th to October 5th you will get to know each other in PERSON during several events!

All exchange students receive a welcome package at the start of their studies at the University of Salzburg. It contains some additional documents at the beginning of the semester and can be used as an extension to the lectures during the orientation weeks. Have fun looking through it!

Presentations, recordings and photos during the orientation week are available via OneDrive in the “Orientation Week Winter Semester 2026/27” folder. Please log in using your PLUSonline login. Exchange students receive a link and PW to the folder by email.
