The orientation weeks for Erasmus and exchange students at the University of Salzburg in the coming winter semester will take place from Monday, February 16th to Monday, March, 2nd 2026. During the orientation weeks, students will receive important information about living and studying in Salzburg. Participation is not mandatory, but is recommended.

From February 16th-20th, information meetings will take place ONLINE ONLY.

From February 23rd to March 2nd you will get to know each other in PERSON during several events!

All exchange students receive a welcome package at the start of their studies at the University of Salzburg. It contains some additional documents at the beginning of the semester and can be used as an extension to the lectures during the orientation weeks. Have fun looking through it!

Presentations, recordings and photos during the orientation week are available via OneDrive in the “Orientation Week Summer Semester 2026” folder. Please log in using the PLUS login. Exchange students receive a link and PW to the folder by email.
