- Independent teaching of 4 hours per week (rising to 8 hours upon completion of the qualification phase)
- Academic support in research and teaching activities as well as participation in administrative tasks in the area of forensic toxicology
- Doctorate/PhD in chemistry or in a related discipline (at least partially published)
- Proven independent research and publication activity
- Experience in applying for external research funding and proven pedagogical university-level expertise
- Very good proficiency in German and English
- Experience in university self-administration
- Experience in coordination and academic research management
- Experience in third mission
- Proven external (outside the University of Salzburg) academic activity, preferably abroad, for a minimum of 1 year
- Experience in forensic toxicology
- Experience in Analytical Chemistry, especially LC-MS and/or LC-MS/MS
