  • Achievement of individually agreed qualification targets within a specified period
  • Independent teaching of 4 hours per week (rising to 8 hours upon completion of the qualification phase)
  • Academic support in research and teaching activities as well as participation in administrative tasks in the area of forensic toxicology
Required qualifications considering academic age and individual career path
  • Doctorate/PhD in chemistry or in a related discipline (at least partially published)
  • Proven independent research and publication activity
  • Experience in applying for external research funding and proven pedagogical university-level expertise
  • Very good proficiency in German and English
Desirable additional qualifications considering academic age and individual career path
  • Experience in university self-administration
  • Experience in coordination and academic research management
  • Experience in third mission
  • Proven external (outside the University of Salzburg) academic activity, preferably abroad, for a minimum of 1 year
  • Experience in forensic toxicology
  • Experience in Analytical Chemistry, especially LC-MS and/or LC-MS/MS

If the qualification agreement is not concluded at the start of employment, initial grading will be B1 according to § 49 sec. 3b) of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, monthly salary: € 5.014,30 gross (14 payments per year).
