Fair & Creative Tour: Our Dates in Winter Semester 25/26 – HELD IN GERMAN
Have you ever thought about how you want to work in the future? What kind of workplace suits you? What environment makes you feel comfortable? What kind of colleagues do you want around you? What tasks truly excite you? How much freedom and flexibility do you want? And where would you like to work from?
If you’re curious, we’re here to help you explore!
The Fair & Creative Matching Program connects students’ questions and interests with the challenges and needs of companies. These events offer opportunities for exchange, networking, and discussion – leading to internships, joint projects, collaborations, and career entry points.
Students bring fresh perspectives on social, economic, and ecological issues. Companies face real-world challenges and seek new ways of thinking. Often, innovative solutions lie “outside the box.” This series brings both sides together. Especially the potential of humanities, cultural, and social science degrees is often underestimated in business and nonprofit sectors. At the same time, society and the economy are undergoing major transformations. Creativity, knowledge, and new career paths are in demand.
The tour includes visits to companies and cultural institutions tackling topics like innovation, sustainability, and new work. In cooperation with conSalis, it also offers insights into the diverse work of leading social organizations.
