This course offers insights into selected cultural aspects of Austria and other German-speaking countries. Topics include: culture and diversity, the history of Salzburg with excursion, the German language, food culture also with an excursion, old and new media, biographies, economics, and poetry. We will look at the topics in more detail through your personal cultural discoveries in the German-speaking world and reflect on, present and share them. Cultural findings from participants’ home countries will also contribute to enriching the intercultural exchange.
