Description
This course offers insights into selected cultural areas of Austria and other German-speaking countries. Topics include: culture and diversity, the city of Salzburg with an excursion to the Salzburg Museum, the German language, food culture with an excursion to a weekly market, media, personalities, business, and poetry. We will look at topics in more detail through your own personal cultural discoveries in the German-speaking world and reflect on, present and share them. Cultural findings from the participants* home countries will also contribute to enriching the intercultural exchange. All four skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening will be covered in variety of activities.
