Researchers visit schools: Young Science ambassadors

The collaboration between science and school should be promoted through school visits by researchers and be inspired by the next generation of the most diverse fields of research.
The initiative, in which more than 120 scientists now make their expertise available, was launched in 2015 by the Young Science Zentrum. The students have the opportunity to ask their personal questions directly to the researchers and gain insights into the world of science. Numerous visits to schools have already taken place and not only the students were enthusiastic, the scientists also found the exchange inspiring and exciting.
If you are interested in becoming a young science ambassador yourself, the scientists can choose how often and in which regions they want to visit schools. Any travel expenses are borne by the schools.
