Developing Personality

To develop solutions for crises such as immense resource consumption, the climate crisis, or increasing social inequalities, we need people who can think critically and interdisciplinarily – these skills form the basis for holistic thinking. We require individuals with courage to further develop our society.
In our department, we see ourselves as coaches who guide students in developing solutions. Only through this approach can we educate individuals for both practical application and scientific research. These individuals should possess not only technical and methodological knowledge (as today’s knowledge becomes outdated tomorrow) but also the ability to inspire and creatively solve problems through interconnected thinking.
Our seminars are based on the latest scientific insights from specialized or related fields such as marketing, strategic management, organizational theory, as well as technology, biology, and ethics. Additionally, we place great emphasis on practical and goal-oriented education.
