Franziska Mühlbacher MEd is a university assistant and PhD candidate at the Paris-Lodron-University of Salzburg since March 2020. She completed a teaching degree with the subjects English and Psychology and Philosophy at the University of Salzburg (graduation: 2020) and spent an Erasmus+ semester abroad at the Bath Spa University, United Kingdom (2016). She gained teaching experience as a contract teacher in different types of schools.

Currently, she is conducting research for her PhD thesis in the areas of teacher emotions and team teaching (teacher collaboration).
