The employees of the Office of Admissions can help with any questions and information on selection procedures and entrance tests, first-time enrolments, continuing or changing study programs, tuition fees, leave of absence, dis-enrolment from study programs and confirmation of periods of study.
Information on curricula, modes of studies, the enrolment process, and advice on studying as well as on organising your studies (social and financial matters, living in Salzburg,…) can be found in the study folder.
During the enrolment period, we can be reached via telephone only sparsely. We can be reached via our contact form during this period. You can send us your query via the form and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. The contact form can be used by students, prospective students and employees alike.
COVID-19 – ENROLMENT – Winter semester 2021/22
Dear Prospective Students,
in order to complete the enrolment for the winter semester 2021/22, you will need to come to the Office of Admissions in person.
The “3 G” proof (tested, vaccinated, recovered) has to be shown when accessing the office and will be controlled thoroughly.
Access to the Office of Admissions is currently only possible via the entrance at Kapitelgasse 6. There are signs showing you the right access on site.

Please consider that entry from certain countries is restricted at the moment. Detailed information can be found on the homepage of the Federal Ministry for Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection as well as in the Covid-19 entry regulations.
