  • Application Dates SS26
    Deadlines for summer semester 2026

    Schedule appointment for personal enrolment (expected start January 2026)

    Admission periods:

    For Bachelor’s and Diploma studies, the admission period ends on February 5th, 2026. There are some exceptions for this date:
    – Bachelor’s and Diploma Studies with entrance examinations (Psychology, Teacher’s Training, Sport and Exercise Science) or
    – the entrance examination (Psychology, Teacher’s Training, Sport and Exercise Science) was not passed or
    – The introductory and orientation period (STEOP) in another study program was not passed or
    – The final secondary school examinations are passed after January 31st, 2026 or
    – The visa is issued at short notice with the applicant at no fault.

    In these exceptional cases, an admission is possible until March 31st, 2026.

    For all other study programs (Master’s and Doctoral programs, as well as non-degree programs), the admission period ends on March 31st, 2026

    Non-EU/EEA citizens have to submit their complete application for admission until January 10th, 2026; meaning that all required documents have to be submitted until January 10th, 2026 for applications to be considered.

  • Application Dates WS26/27
    Deadlines for winter semester 2026/27

    Admission periods:

    For Bachelor’s and Diploma studies, the admission period ends on September 5th, 2025. There are some exceptions for this date:
    – Bachelor’s and Diploma Studies with entrance examinations (Psychology, Teacher’s Training, Sport and Exercise Science) or

  • Payment of Student’s Union (ÖH) and Tuition Fee
    Sommer semester 2026

    Students of Bachelor’s and Diploma Studies have to pay their fees in their first semester until February 5, 2026. In case you were admitted after February 5, 2026 (see exceptions for admission period), you have to pay the fees until March 31st, 2026. Please consider that course registration for some courses ends shortly after February 5, 2026. Thus, pay the Student’s Union/Tuition fee as soon as possible. Starting from the 2nd semester, the tuition fees have to be paid until March 31st, 2026.

    For all other study programs (Master’s and Doctoral programs, as well as non-degree programs), the payment has to be completed until March 31st, 2026.

    Winter semester 2026/27

    Students of Bachelor’s and Diploma Studies have to pay their fees in their first semester until September 5, 2026. In case you were admitted after September 5, 2026 (see exceptions for admission period), you have to pay the fees until October 31st, 2026. Please consider that course registration for some courses ends shortly after September 5, 2026. Thus, pay the Student’s Union/Tuition fee as soon as possible.
