The Aims of Theological Ethics: Theological Ethics is a core area of Theology. Students learn to develop a critical and reflective understanding of the Christian moral tradition. They are also able to bring in the Christian point of view into current ethical controversies. The focus of Moral Theology is set on: biblical ethics, methodical issues, reasoning of norms within a plural context, the controversial issues of prohibition of homicide and the right to live as well as bioethics and political ethics.
