Welcome at the Department of Systematic Theology

Department of Systematic Theology

Systematic Theology

At the Department of Systematic Theology, talk of God is pursued from places that belong to the tradition of Catholic theology and constitute a challenge to Christian theology: the Church’s teaching on faith (dogmatics), reason and science (fundamental theology), other Christian churches and ecclesial communities (ecumenism), foreign cultural and religious traditions (theology intercultural and study of religions) and, in all these questions, the current "signs of the times".
