Last week, Assistant Professor Simone Häckl discussed the importance of parental beliefs for children’s educational outcomes in the NOeG blog “ Der ökonomische Blick” in Die Presse. She also shared insights from her research in the podcast “ Zukunft MI(N)Tgestalten”. Her findings suggest that even a simple information intervention about STEM careers can increase parents’ willingness to invest in their children’s interest in STEM.
