8 May 2026 | Presence: The Chair of Politics and Gender, Diversity and Equality, in collaboration with the Theatre of the Oppressed Vienna and the ATHENA Centre – Salzburg Centre for Intersectional Research, invites you to the event “Men for Equality?”. As part of a legislative theatre project, students will work together with decision-makers, student representatives and the audience to develop concrete proposals for greater gender equality at the University of Salzburg.
When the Youngest Take the Floor – Reading Aloud Day at the University of Salzburg
On Austria’s National Reading Aloud Day, Unipark Nonntal became the stage for a very special kind of lecture. 23 pupils from the International Bilingual Class of the Praxisvolksschule Salzburg visited the Department of English and American Studies and read aloud in both English and German from works by the celebrated children’s author Julia Donaldson.
