Since its foundation in 1914 the Austrian Journal of Public Law (ZöR) has been a forum for the debate of fundamental issues of public law on a national, international and supranational level. The journal publishes contributions on legal theory, constitutional law, administrative law, comparative law, European law and international law in German or English.

The Austrian Journal of Public Law (ZöR) welcomes the submission of articles (including essays, case-notes and comments), which focus on comparative or theoretical questions, or on Austrian, European or international legal developments.
