Deadlines

Applications for internships are possible on an ongoing basis. Applications must be submitted at least 6-8 weeks before the planned start of the internship.

ÖH fee / insurance

The ÖH fee must be paid in good time in order to remain enrolled at the PLUS during the semester abroad. Otherwise you will be automatically de-registered.

By paying the ÖH fee, as an ÖH member you are automatically covered by accident and liability insurance for activities during your studies/internship. This also applies at the partner institution. Information and details under ÖH-Services (ATTENTION: This does not apply to graduate internships)

You are also responsible for ensuring you have adequate insurance cover abroad. Please contact your insurance provider to find out which services are covered by the E-Card in other European countries.

Erasmus+ Status

By signing the Grant Agreement, the University of Salzburg grants you Erasmus+ status for your Erasmus+ stay.

Erasmus+ status means that your tuition fees will be waived for the duration of your stay. You will also receive an Erasmus+ grant for your stay.

An absolute prerequisite for Erasmus+ status is that you sign the agreement on the awarding of an Erasmus+ grant. Please note! If you do not submit the agreement, your Erasmus+ status will be withdrawn and your entitlement to a tuition fee waiver and the Erasmus+ grant will lapse.

Online Linguistic Support (OLS)

Currently NOT mandatory for all E+ scholarship holders at the beginning of the mobility.
