Short CV

Master’s degree in Social Economy and doctorate in Social and Economic Sciences at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. Further master studies in European Union Studies at Paris Lodron University Salzburg. Habilitation in Business Administration at the Paris Lodron University Salzburg. Her research focuses in particular on philanthropic acts (blood donation as well as volunteering as time donation), leadership in extreme situations and dynamic capabilities for continuous change capacity of nonprofit organizations.
