Michelle Steiner completed her Bachelor’s degree in Management and Law at the Management Center Innsbruck and her Master’s degree in Economics at the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg, where she wrote her Master’s thesis on the effects of working from home on organisational identification. Since October 2024, she has been studying for a doctorate in economics with a focus on organisational management, change management and human resource management.
