Description

The workshop will take place on June 18-19th 2026. The goal of the workshop is to explore what research says about the role of leaders and middle managers in fostering work environments where employees can thrive—examining the effects on employee well-being, retention, and company productivity. We are bringing together some of the most prominent scholars in organizational economics as well as selected junior researchers to present their work.
